Hailing from Stony Brook, Long Island, NY, Sean Amato has been acting since he was 12 years old, after a girl he had a crush on convinced him to audition for their middle school musical. Despite being totally new to the craft, and in a social circle where that wasn’t really popular, he fell in love with the world of theatre and arts, and vowed to never stop.

After Studying Musical Theatre at SUNY Cortland, Sean has worked up and down the east coast in various theatres, in roles such as Phil Davis (White Christmas), David Posner (The History Boys) and Fred Halliwell (A Christmas Carol), as well as several film and television productions, such as Jerry in Almost Blue (Supporting, Feature) and Calvin in Second Act Trouble (Supporting, Short) .

But his favorite will always be his home in the Theatre, as it was that world that truly made him a better person.
